FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are you located?
We are a family breeder in Ivins, Utah, just outside St. George. Our puppies are raised inside our home with our family. We welcome families from St. George, Ivins, Santa Clara, Washington, Hurricane, Cedar City and all of Southern Utah, and we deliver to Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Southern California and Arizona.
What breeds do you raise?
Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles and Sheepadoodles, including mini sizes. Each litter page lists the parents and the expected adult weight.
How much does a puppy cost?
Each puppy's price is listed on its litter page and on our Available Puppies page. Most of our puppies are between $2,500 and $4,500 (pet price).
How do I reserve a puppy?
Place a $500 deposit using the PayPal Buy Now button on the litter page, Venmo @Troy-Dennett-1, or Zelle to 435-619-4488. For upcoming litters, your deposit puts you on the pick list, and families choose their puppies at about 4 weeks old in the order deposits were made. Puppies on our Available Puppies page can be reserved right away.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Bring your puppy home for $500 down, then pay the rest over 12 months at 0% interest, with no penalty for paying early. See our Financing page to apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel after placing your deposit but before choosing your puppy at 4 weeks, there is a 30% cancellation fee. Once you have chosen your puppy, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. If an emergency comes up, you may transfer your deposit to a future litter.
When do puppies go home?
At 8 weeks old, after their vet check. If you need us to keep your puppy longer, it's $50 per week past 8 weeks.
Do you deliver?
You can pick up your puppy at our home in Ivins. We deliver to Las Vegas for free, including meeting you at the Las Vegas airport, and we can deliver to Salt Lake City. We set delivery dates to Fontana, CA and Surprise, AZ: delivery is free when more than one puppy is on the trip, otherwise a special trip is about $250. A flight nanny can bring your puppy to your nearest major airport anywhere in the continental US for about $650.
What health testing do you do?
Our parent dogs have full-panel genetic testing, including coat type, furnishings and shedding. Every puppy comes with a 1-year genetic health guarantee and goes home after a vet exam with shots and deworming up to date.
What comes home with my puppy?
Vaccination and deworming records, the vet exam paper, a blanket with mom's and the littermates' scent, chew toys, treats, a starter bag of food, a NuVet sample, and a potty training guide. You also get our training video library and lifetime text support. Every puppy goes home doggie-door trained.
Can we visit?
Yes. Families are welcome to visit our home to meet the puppies. Text us to set up a time.
