 Installment plan highlights:

​

 *Minimum down payment is $500.  Additional down           payment funds are accepted. 

   

*Payments for the remaining balance are made over a 12 month period from the day you receive your puppy.

​

*Early monthly payments as well as paying off your puppy early is acceptable.

​

*Installment plans are interest free.

​

*Two forms of ID are required as well as your DOB.

       Drivers License is required

       A bill or statement showing your name and current address 

​

*Monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month.

​

*Installment plans are only for the price of the puppy and not any additional fees such as delivery.

     

**Installment plans do not qualify for free delivery.  Delivery fees must be paid prior to or when you receive your puppy**

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION WE WILL EMAIL YOU A CONTRACT FOR YOUR REVIEW. 
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED WITH AN INSTALLMENT PLAN, WE WILL HAVE YOU SUBMIT YOUR TWO FORMS OF ID.
ONCE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED AND WE DETERMINE YOUR ELIGIBILITY WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE COMPLETED CONTRACT VIA 'DROPBOX SIGN' TO BE SIGNED.
